So in this 2018, I want to try how to maximum my profit by having a transaction for it's dividend. I was looking for the dividend since last year but I missed the Bank BTN Dividend, but it's fine I have found another one!
Actually, I have some requirement to buy stock that I buy for only dividend like this :
- It's more higher than deposit, and have small risk
- The price didn't rise yet
- Liquid
The first one, I think you already know what I mean, stock price is more riskier than any investment instrument except forex. But it gave you more profit if you do it right so I don't want my opportunity goes same with the safest one like deposit.
The second one, the fluctuate of stock price remind me to carefully chose the stock that I want to buy for dividend. If I buy it to high I have risk that the price might fall.
and for the last, there are some stock that gave high dividend yield but the stock did not liquid at all, so you can buy the stock but you can't sell it -____-. So I should pass on the stock that didn't liquid.

So, in March, 2nd 2018 I look at Calendar in RTI Business that PT BPD Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk., (BJBR) want to give their dividend by Rp90.30 per share. The Company stock price in March, 2nd 2018 was Rp2.290 so dividend yield would be 3.39% it's higher than average deposit by 0.475% a month. Remember dividend didn't need to hold for a year like deposit. So it would meet my first requirement.
The price also already decline since August 2017, and still consolidate at present time. BJBR also have liquid stock price so it would meet my second and third requirement. So, I think I will buy it at March, 5th 2018 for practice buying dividend.
